BBQ travels well. It’s easy to serve. And people love it. It’s perfect for corporate meetings and events, picnics, reunions, birthday parties, bachelor parties, graduations, and, heck, even holiday parties, anniversaries, weddings, showers, baptisms, and Bar Mitzvahs (OK, maybe that’s a stretch, but we think Bar-BQ Mitzvah has a nice ring).
Smokin’ Hawg Parties can put together a simple pick-up meal for a dozen guests. We can deliver a complete meal for you to serve at your home or office. Or, if you’re thinking bigger, we can set up, stock, and manage a buffet for a crowd of hundreds. Just let us know what you need.

How We BBQ
Our BBQ is cooked slowly with selected woods to enhance the flavour of the meats. All meat that is selected for your function is fresh and of the best quality to ensure that you and your guests get the best and most flavour that BBQ has to offer.
As your food is purchases and prepared fresh for your order, cancellations must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the date of your event. Late cancellations will result in a non-refundable charge of 25% of the total order
Deposit & Payment
Your event date is reserved for a 25% booking fee. This effectively takes your date off our event calendar, and guarantees availability for your special day. Reserved dates and guest minimums cannot be changes unless agreed upon by both parties in writing.
50% of the balance is due four weeks prior to the event date and the balance due upon arrival for the event
Cash or cheques are accepted.
Credit cards or debit cards are not accepted.
Confirmed Guest Count
A confirmed guest count (not to be smaller than minimum agreed to) is required at least 14 days before the event.
